 There's Always Room for Jell-O

Do you know what I wish? I wish that all my previous employers and co-workers who have 500-yard restraining orders against me would all just move to one place, far away. Then I wouldn't have to zigzag all over the place just to get to work.

It's a li'l bit cold and rainy in Loves Park today... but there's no wind -- and I have to work until at least 5:00 anyway, so it's all good.

I've been having trouble with the computer at home (it only recognizes Olde English and Pig Latin now), so I haven't been around much lately, but I'm hoping to catch up on some of your blogs today (Yay)!

Wanna see some pictures???

This is Alayna's costume for her first Halloween!

These were taken while we watched the Packer-Bear game last weekend.

Carrie and her boyfriend the night of the Homecoming Dance. (I know he looks old, but he's only 15... no worries.)

Wanna read the news???

British arms maker BAE Systems announced that they are developing a line of environmentally- friendly weapons… including quieter warheads to reduce noise pollution. *** Because the last thing you need when destroying a city is having the neighbors complain about the noise.

Some thieves in Ipswich, England stole the cargo from a parked truck, but they probably won't be very happy when they see what it is. They made off with 50,000 socks which would be valued at over $65,000, except none of them match. They were on their way to a Woolworth's promotion for a children's book called "The Oddies," which was inspired by the question, "Where do all the missing odd socks go?" *** And now we have the answer to that question - they're all stolen by morons.

A service in India allows people who have never flown to sit on a plane and have the crew go through the safety procedures - even though the plane never takes off. ***To get the full effect they ship your clothes to another city.

A Massachusetts mother, her boyfriend and their teenage daughter who were all in custody in various facilities and managed to escape simultaneously? but they were all caught at the same family reunion in New Hampshire. *** That's really funny, because most people would volunteer to go to jail just to avoid family reunions.

Brad Pitt says he's trying to convince George Clooney to run for president. *** At which point they'll together fund the war on terrorism by robbing three casinos at the same time.

A Mesa, Arizona, school official stopped a production of "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)," declaring it unfit for high school students. *** It contains things today's kids are banned from seeing, like murder and suicide and literature.

And I leave you with this thought...
"Always be kind, for everyone is fighting a hard battle." ~Plato

And this one...
"The thing about buttons is... they always fall off!" ~Informercial Guy

And one more...
"There's no love like Nerd Love." ~My Last Boyfriend
